It was truly delicious.The Shanghai crab miso and shark fin soup had a deep and rich flavor.I want to come back during the male crab season next time.And that black vinegar,I can recognize Fureika just by its aroma.*I also recommend the XO sauce I bought for home use; it elevates my cooking at home.
