Despite being in Kumamoto, I felt as if I was enjoying sushi in Tokyo. The unique personality of Chef Mimuro shone through, making the overall experience truly delicious. The dishes and sushi from Sushi Mimuro left a lasting impression on my heart during this trip. I definitely plan to visit again when I come to Hitoyoshi.
