The interior consists only of a counter. It has a casual vibe that is surprisingly nice for the price. The ingredients seem to mainly come from the local area around Kitakyushu, where the chef is from. Every dish was delicious, and the French cuisine, which uses very little butter, really highlights the flavors of the ingredients. What stood out to me the most was the portion size. Before the course starts, they ask about the portion sizes, but they adjust them on their own, so if you feel you might not have enough, it’s best to mention it early. As the meal progresses, they check the portion sizes for each dish one by one. I can somewhat understand the mixed feelings people might have. In my case, I informed them about my allergy ingredients both in advance and on the same day, but they were served normally. Overall, I think it’s a restaurant with a high level of satisfaction, especially regarding the portion sizes.
