I made a reservation over the phone the evening before and visited the restaurant.We started with a toast on the terrace while enjoying a delightful selection of 7 Amuse-Bouches.Feeling the natural beauty and fresh air of Karuizawa made me so happy...We were then guided inside to continue our meal at a leisurely pace.We added two appetizers to our order.The location, presentation, and taste of the dishes were all exceptional! ✨They served a consomme alongside the pâté, which was rich in flavor and simply outstanding.I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.It was a great meal.
