I see there’s a genius here as well…! Not only that, but they are boldly taking on new challenges without fear. With a solid foundation in traditional Japanese cuisine, they mix in innovative elements, creating dishes that you can’t find anywhere else. Yet, it doesn’t feel overdone; it’s a beautifully crafted culinary experience. The Ishikawa children truly are amazing! I will definitely be visiting regularly. Next time, in the autumn!
