Every ingredient was incredibly delicious, delicate, and left me in awe!The chef's personality was wonderful, and the atmosphere was very comfortable.I thought I could only enjoy bonito sashimi in Kochi, but I was shocked to find such delicious katsuo here in Kyoto!There was a boldness to the dishes, and watching the cooking process was very enjoyable!Everything, from the tuna to the shellfish and sea urchin, was of the highest quality.I will do my best to come back again!It was a great meal!
