I had my first visit to the renowned Michelin three-star restaurant, L'OSIER, which has held this prestigious title for eight consecutive years! ✨I was taken here for my birthday! At the entrance, a doorman welcomed us and opened the heavy door, creating a sense of specialness that made me excited. (^^)As we descended the stairs, the high ceilings and luxurious decor created a spacious and elegant atmosphere, perfectly suited for Ginza.(Note: Be careful when taking photos, as there is a rule to keep the shutter sound off.)Every dish was visually stunning, vibrant, and beautifully presented. (*´ω`*) I was delighted to have a choice of bread, which was so delicious that I couldn't help but overindulge! The main dish, roasted venison, was tender and thick, and despite the common perception that venison can be dry if not cooked properly, it was juicy and easy to eat—absolutely delicious! ♪While the main course was fantastic, my personal favorite was the corn soup. (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) It was topped with corn ice cream and espresso, and the combination of the corn's sweetness with the espresso's bitter notes was simply amazing! They also prepared a birthday plate for me! ✨ No matter how old you get, receiving a special plate is always a joy. (^^) After that, a dessert cart was presented, and I could order as much as I wanted! I wanted to try everything, but I settled for chocolate and canelé. The logo on the desserts was adorable too! ✨I was so happy to finally visit a place I had long wanted to experience. The food, the ambiance, and the attentive service truly reflected its three-star status. I was deeply impressed! I hope to return to this wonderful restaurant someday. (〃´-`〃)
