The lively interaction over the counter, the chef's engaging conversation, and the attentive service from the staff create a welcoming environment.@kawachef This truly embodies the concept of feeling like a regular even on your first visit. There are countless reasons that make you want to visit on special occasions.This time, I sat at the counter. The aroma of Saga beef being carefully cooked on the teppan right in front of me heightened my sense of happiness. The steak here is not just rare and tender; the cooking technique brilliantly maximizes the inherent flavors and sweetness of the meat. By cooking it slowly at a low temperature and then searing it at high heat, they achieve a perfect balance of a crispy exterior and juicy interior.What impressed me the most was how they fine-tuned the doneness according to the diner's preferences. It was truly a custom-made steak. With every bite, the rich flavor of the meat burst forth, allowing me to fully appreciate the potential of Saga beef.
