A luxurious evening at SUGALABO, a place I've always dreamed of visiting. I was overwhelmed with joy to finally be here! Everything was truly delicious, and although there were many dishes with generous portions, I finished every last bite!Among my favorites were:Fried cherry salmon with tartar sauce,Melt-in-your-mouth Perch,Risotto with firefly squid, butterbur, and canola flowers, capturing the essence of spring,Luxurious pork shabu-shabu with plenty of fragrant Japanese pepper,Dessert featuring strawberries and rhubarb,And the Koto-ka strawberries, which you can enjoy in a strawberry-picking style.I received madeleines as a souvenir, and there were so many that my family was delighted.I'm grateful for the opportunity to dine at such a special place!
