The cooking was perfectly executed on every skewer.The portions for each skewer are relatively large, so I recommend coming with a good appetite.I had visited before when the chef was grilling, and while the deliciousness remains the same, the attentive service and calm hospitality made for a very pleasant dining experience. I'm looking forward to seeing how the atmosphere of the restaurant evolves.This time, I had soft drinks since I drove, but considering the pairing with yakitori, I plan to take the train next time to enjoy some Japanese sake or wine at a leisurely pace.The flavors met my expectations, and I definitely want to make this a regular spot.It was a great meal.
