This is a Chinese restaurant located in Roppongi.The pricing is quite bold, reflecting its lineage.Originally, I was supposed to sit with acquaintances, but I was contacted last minute to fill in, so I arrived with the expectation of being 50 minutes late...The fourth dish, a stir-fry of shellfish, wild vegetables, and flower pepper, looked delicious, but unfortunately, I didn’t get to try it.I enjoyed the first two dishes, along with a generous serving of shark fin and fried rice.I had capellini at Chinu, but I wish I could have had it at Vuitton or Bernardo's.Also, the shark fin was delicious.At this restaurant, the regular course is priced at around 10, and while there are definitely places that can change your perspective on life with their incredible flavors, I’d like to calculate the ratio of those experiences.
