This sushi restaurant is located near Gaienmae. I had been curious about it for a while, but it was difficult to get a reservation at the chef's counter. I finally managed to secure a spot on the first of the month, so I decided to visit. The overall pace was great, and after trying a variety of dishes, I added some red sea urchin from Oita and araw fish, leaving me completely satisfied.
