This French restaurant is located between Kitashinagawa and Osaki. I remember when they first earned their three stars, they offered an 8000 JPY lunch, which makes me feel the passage of time. I had been curious about their signature Bavarois, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. The pineapple tart with tea leaves reminded me of tea egg, which was delightful. The meringue ice cream was delicious.
