I visited Stamina En, one of Tokyo's top 100 Yakiniku restaurants, on a Friday around 4:30 PM (opening at 4 PM). Located at 3-13-4 Kakuhama, Adachi-ku, Tokyo (nearest station: JR Utsunomiya Line, Utsunomiya Station), I parked at a nearby coin parking lot. There were about 10 people waiting outside, and we waited for a bit. Once the restaurant opened, we were guided inside after being assigned a table number by the staff (we were the first group to enter). I received the menu and ordered the premium outside skirt (with sauce) and mixed horumon (with salt) (payment was cash only at the table). Everything was delicious, and I will definitely come back!
