I had a tempura course at this restaurant in Gion for the first time. The first dish was tempura bread, which was surprisingly delicious! After that, I enjoyed tempura of various vegetables, fish, and even tempura of conger eel and matsutake mushrooms, all freshly fried in front of me. The meal concluded with shrimp chazuke, and dessert was fruit.I also had Royal Blue Tea, which tasted like a tea version of wine.The salt was incredibly tasty, and the grated daikon radish was delightful as well. It seems this restaurant has been awarded one Michelin star.I would love to visit again if I have the chance.
