This restaurant served as the model for the famous "Grand Maison." It's quite difficult to get a reservation, but a friend managed to book through OMAKASE for me. Every dish was delicate and beautifully presented. Personally, I loved the eggplant and scallop dish the most. The Aichi Prefecture's Meika duck was also delicious. Some of the other flavors were a bit challenging for my palate, but that’s just a matter of personal taste. I believe the dishes were designed to pair well with wine. If you enjoy alcohol, it might be worth a visit. Considering the price and the distance from my home, I’m glad I had the opportunity to experience it at least once.
