The hot tempura was served at a high speed, which made it uncomfortable to eat. I visited at 5:00 PM, but the next reservation was at 7:00 PM. This timing doesn’t allow customers to relax, and the restaurant has to rush to serve the dishes, which ultimately lowers customer satisfaction. They should at least consider starting the next slot at 8:00 PM.The tempura itself beautifully highlighted the seasonal ingredients, with each item fried to perfection, showcasing impressive craftsmanship.The batter was light and not greasy at all, leaving no feeling of heaviness in the stomach.However, considering everything, I personally prefer the restaurants run by the chef's apprentices.It was delicious.
