The evening at Naruse is wonderful! I truly believe it’s amazing how every visit brings a new experience. This time, the natural eel tempura from Suruga Bay and the corn tempura particularly stood out to me. The corn was topped with sweet, crunchy corn that was cold, creating an interesting contrast with the hot tempura. It paired perfectly. The natural eel had no unpleasant odor at all, and its texture and flavor were incredible. Takeo Shimura is impressive. It was delicious.
