This is a very popular curry restaurant in Osaka.I heard that numbered tickets are distributed around 10:30, so I decided to go around 9:30 on a rainy weekday and ended up being the fifth in line! Thanks to the rain, they started handing out tickets a bit earlier, around 10:00. I got a ticket for 11:20.The curry, with its rich and aromatic spices, was a complex and deep flavor that lived up to my expectations—truly exquisite!The smooth curry, packed with umami, was simply delicious.The sweetness of the onions, the acidity of the tomatoes, and the tender chicken, along with the soft-boiled egg, were all fantastic.The spice rice, made with two types of Japanese rice, Daisendori chicken fat, and about ten different spices, paired perfectly with the curry.It was delicious.Thank you for the wonderful meal.-----------------------------Thank you so much for reading until the end.I truly appreciate all your "follows," "likes," and "saving the restaurant."
