Sushi Mimuro is a popular sushi restaurant located in Hitoyoshi, Kumamoto, about a 1 hour and 40 minute drive from the city, closer to Kagoshima.The chef trained at Sushi Taichi in Ginza, which I personally enjoy, so I was looking forward to this experience!I thought the Omakase course for JPY 13,200 was quite affordable, and after trying it, I can confirm that given the quality and content, it truly is a great deal.Every dish showcases meticulous Edomae techniques, and they use excellent ingredients like sea urchin.While the flavors were certainly delicious for the price, they may not have been overwhelmingly impressive.Overall, it was tasty.It was a great meal.-----------------------------Thank you very much for reading until the end.I truly appreciate all your "follows," "likes," and "saving the restaurant" actions.I look forward to your continued support.---------------------------
