I was invited by a friend to this restaurant, which is known for being hard to book, so I seized the opportunity to join.There are three course options, and we chose the recommended JPY 25,000 course with wine pairings.The dishes were a delight for all the senses. I still can’t comprehend how both the crispy skin and the moist flesh of the fish and meat can coexist. What an art form… There were no supporting elements, including sauces, that detracted from the main dishes.The wine selection was outstanding, and I was truly moved by how well the pairings complemented the food.The portions were quite generous, so I found myself quite full by the time dessert arrived. At the end, since my birthday was approaching, my friend surprised me with a celebration.The service from the staff was exceptional; they were attentive yet friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere that made me feel at home.For me, it was an incredibly luxurious lunch, and everything—food, service, ambiance—was the best I’ve ever experienced.If I ever have the chance to return, I would love to come back.
