This was my fourth visit (fifth if you include Niseko).I've tried all the dishes, and they are consistently delicious every time. Each dish has evolved beautifully.I especially love the abalone and squid ink (the black one) every time.This time, I pre-ordered the savarin for dessert.It’s served with Japanese sake poured over it.The cheese is in a mini size, which is perfect for finishing off the meal.The restaurant makes abundant use of Hokkaido ingredients and also features Hokkaido wine.It's definitely worth flying to Hokkaido for this restaurant.
