The most difficult yakitori restaurant to book in Japan.Grilled over high heat with precision.The saltiness and cooking technique were exquisite.I appreciated the omakase stop system.The legendary chef Ikegawa had an incredible aura.The attention and care from both the staff and customers were exceptional.Unfortunately, the chōchin was sold out, but I enjoyed an impressive 22 skewers.I had everything except for the chōchin.The broccoli, grilled slowly, was outstanding.I was completely satisfied.It was a great meal!
