Every dish was incredibly delicious and truly exceptional. The authentic flavors of Thai cuisine were well represented, and the refined taste made it all the more enjoyable. I heard that the soft-shelled turtle sometimes tries to escape, which shows how dedicated both the chef and the ingredients are to their craft! Haha.
