Today, I visited Tagetsu, a high-end restaurant that has even received a Michelin star, before my overseas assignment. The restaurant is located close to Omotesando and has an air of luxury. The drink prices are reasonable for a restaurant of this caliber.Overall, the flavors were outstanding. I truly enjoyed the craftsmanship that extended all the way to the desserts.I had the grilled bonito, grouper rice, and a soup dish. And the ayu (sweetfish) took 40 minutes to prepare and was exquisite...Also, the Japanese tea was incredibly delicious! The service was exceptional, and I highly recommend this place.
