I was surprised to get a spot during Golden Week, especially since I took this nice photo on the Sonic train while traveling from Oita to Ube.Fortunately, there were no disruptions in public transport, which is quite rare.As per my usual rotation, I ordered the "Shio Ramen" (JPY 2100), along with a "Beer," "Shabu Chashu," and "Saga Ichiban Tsumi Nori." I wanted to buy some "Curry" as a souvenir, but it was sold out (what a shame).I enjoyed the clear and refreshing salt broth. Within just two minutes, the fat from the TOKYO-X pork started to seep out, making the broth cloudy while adding sweetness and richness to the flavor.In the second half, I added the leftover shabu chashu and nori to change up the taste.Once again, I took my time to savor every bite.
