I made a reservation and visited on a Saturday night. As of August 2026, the restaurant is undergoing renovations and is operating at "Members-Only Salon Sou" in Higashi-Kanda. This was my first visit.The course started with a soup and appetizers, followed by about 13 pieces of nigiri sushi. After that, I was able to order additional nigiri, and I chose three pieces with different toppings. Each one was incredibly delicious, and I had the best time!
