I arrived at the restaurant around 3 PM and this was my second visit. A regular customer kindly guided me, and I enjoyed the incredibly fresh horumon and beef dishes crafted by Masanobu Toshima. The ossobuco-style braised dishes and various cuts were served with delicious cooking methods, making the drinks flow. This is a renowned restaurant that requires both stamina and a hearty appetite.
