I had the wonton-filled soy sauce chashu ramen and the salt tsukemen. After several attempts, I finally secured a reservation for this highly sought-after spot and made my first visit. It took about a 15-minute walk from Yugawara Station to arrive. Although the menu is upscale, I couldn't resist the opportunity to try multiple dishes!First, the soy sauce ramen featured a rich chicken oil punch followed by a delightful soy sauce-infused broth. The soft, thin, straight noodles were incredibly slurp-worthy. The pink chashu was absolutely delicious. Next, the salt tsukemen was beautifully presented, allowing me to enjoy the two-colored noodles while changing up the flavors. I realized that many popular restaurants these days aim for this style, and I couldn't help but agree. I'm so glad I finally got to try it. It was a great meal!
