This was my second visit after a year and two months.The shark fin soup is truly amazing—it's my favorite dish. They ask if I want to upgrade the size over the phone, but even without that, the portion is already super large, so I was very satisfied. The rich broth is exquisite, and while it pairs perfectly with the sticky rice they serve, I personally think it would also go wonderfully with noodles. I dream of trying ramen made with this broth someday.Everything else, whether it's a regular or limited menu item, is of extremely high quality. The stir-fried vegetables are delicious, but I might prefer the ones from Shinwa.Monaka has become a popular item at various restaurants lately, but I believe the ones here are exceptional.For the finale, I ordered the medium size of the superior broth noodles (which I didn't try last time), and everything else in large. I didn't have the courage to order the extra large. Strangely, the difference between the large and medium fried rice was enormous, but the other dishes didn't seem to differ much between sizes.The highlight of this visit was the pasta. I would have loved to try it in extra large!
