I had been curious about this yakiniku restaurant for a long time, and I finally visited! I reserved the regular course, and I was extremely satisfied! It started with a pairing of squid sashimi and makgeolli, which left me wondering what was coming next. From there, it was a delightful series of classic dishes like yukhoe and three types of tongue. I was amazed at how different the same type of tongue can taste depending on the cut. Everything was truly delicious! When they mentioned there were three options for the final dish, I was surprised again. I could choose from a small, half, or regular size, so I opted for the half size. The premium beef rice bowl was fantastic! I also heard they have bento boxes, which I'm curious about. Even the homemade pistachio ice cream for dessert was exquisite, leaving me completely satisfied!
