This is a famous restaurant located in Kiyosumishirakawa.The salt sauce can only be ordered on the first visit, but the tongue, said to be the best in Japan, is rich yet not overwhelming, tender, and so delicious that you could eat as many slices as you want!The yukhoe (raw beef) was also exquisite when served over rice!The dipping sauces were so good that I ended up ordering too many!
