I finally had the opportunity to visit Torisho Ishii Hina for the first time.As a branch of the renowned Torisho Ishii in Osaka, this restaurant has made its mark in Tokyo. The skill in cooking, seasoning, speed of service, food quality, and hospitality were all outstanding—truly impressive!Every dish was remarkable, but a few particularly stood out:- Chicken Burger The patty, reminiscent of tsukune, paired perfectly with the texture of zucchini, making it incredibly delicious!- Tsukune This was the fluffiest tsukune I’ve ever encountered—I've rarely seen such tender ones!- Chouchin If this hadn’t been included in the course, I would have definitely ordered it as an extra! Luckily, it was part of the course this time.- Jidori and Corn Takikomi Gohan The aroma of butter combined with the sweetness of corn and the umami of jidori chicken was simply delightful!- Shoyu Ramen The chicken broth was incredibly rich, and even without any toppings, it was delicious on its own.Here’s what I enjoyed:--------------------------- - Steamed Chicken with Junsai (served with a vinegar sauce) - Chicken Breast with Egg - Neck Meat - Gizzard - Chicken Burger - Chicken Wings - Chicken Thigh - Tsukune - White Asparagus - Eggplant - Smoked Chicken (served with blue cheese) - Chicken Mid-Wing - Chouchin - Jidori and Corn Takikomi Gohan (Extra) - Shoyu Ramen It was a great meal! ----------------------------- Thank you for reading my review.I truly appreciate all your "follows," "likes," and "saves."
