This was my first visit since winning the Tabelog Gold award. It’s my favorite sushi restaurant that I regularly frequent.The quality of the food is exceptional, but the service and atmosphere are equally outstanding! It’s a lively space filled with energy and laughter, yet maintains a refined and poised ambiance.It’s hard to find a place that offers such satisfaction.Here’s what I had today. Once again, it was fantastic!【Appetizers】Junsai and Mozuku Vinegared Dish Kurihama Boiled Octopus Grilled Hata Sashimi Kesenuma Bonito Tataki Abalone Liver Sauce (served risotto-style with rice) Iwashikujira Mehikari Grilled with Shuto Hairy Crab Chawanmushi 【Nigiri】Arakawa Shiroika Grilled Kinmedai Shimaaji Akagai Harukodai Chutoro Akami (Marinated) Otoro Kohada Uni Anago Tamago Yaki 【Dessert】Brown Sugar Gelato I also ordered Toro-Taku as an extra.Everything was incredibly delicious, but the highlight of the day was the grilled Kinmedai.
