I visited Jinsei, a top-tier sushi restaurant in Osaka that is notoriously difficult to book.This place is also hard to reserve, and I had been wanting to go, so I was taken there by a foodie friend!The chef was very friendly and quite entertaining!I must say, I’ve eaten at many places, but the sushi here was truly among the best I’ve ever had! The first dish, a slice of fatty tuna, was incredibly delicious—something I had never tasted before! All the nigiri were of such high quality that I was genuinely surprised.To top it off, the luxurious futomaki (thick sushi roll) was so good that I could have eaten a whole roll by myself!I definitely want to return if I get the chance!
