I visited Goichi, a restaurant famous for being hard to reserve.I was immediately impressed by the fresh and expertly prepared "Momo" (chicken thigh) tartare. The freshness and perfect cooking brought out the flavors beautifully, raising my expectations right from the start. Each yakitori skewer was cooked to perfection, allowing me to fully enjoy the different textures and flavors of each part. The "Hatsu" (heart) and "Seseri" (neck) were particularly outstanding, with a wonderful balance of juiciness and chewiness due to the precise grilling. The flow of the entire course was excellent, and I enjoyed every dish without getting bored, thanks to the well-timed intervals of side dishes. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere, and the staff provided attentive service. It’s easy to see why this place is so popular. While making a reservation can be challenging, the experience is definitely worth it. I look forward to finding another opportunity to visit again.
