Just this alone makes me feel a bit luxurious.This time, I enjoyed the sushi lunch course at Tomidokoro.Since it focuses on nigiri, you can really appreciate the craftsmanship in each piece.The quality of the fish is excellent, and the balance with the rice, the temperature, and the harmony when it hits your mouth are all meticulously done.There are no flashy presentations.But with every piece I eat, it’s consistently delicious.After trying many sushi places, I feel like I always return to this classic style of sushi.Even though it’s lunch, it’s not lacking at all; it’s a highly satisfying course that allows you to truly enjoy the nigiri.While it’s nice to leisurely enjoy sushi with snacks and drinks at night, focusing on nigiri during lunch is also wonderful.Eating delicious sushi at noon.Just that makes the whole day feel a little better.I would love to come back in a different season to enjoy the nigiri again. ♡
