Here, you can enjoy delicious sushi with a light vinegared rice and generous portions that create a harmonious experience.The exterior has no sign, featuring an L-shaped counter with 8 seats, and the dining starts at 17:00 and 19:30.I had the pleasure of visiting for the first time thanks to a kind invitation.On this day, the tuna was fresh black tuna from Iwate, Yamada, featuring medium fatty tuna, marinated red meat, and fatty tuna, all of which were delightful. Despite being summer tuna, it was rich and had a mild acidity, making it very tasty."Shinko"The Shinko from Amakusa was served in three pieces, perfectly balanced with vinegar and aromatic, making for a delicious bite."Kappa Maki"The cucumber roll, ordered additionally, was filled with finely chopped cucumber, offering a soft yet crunchy texture and a refreshing cucumber aroma.
