Just a 3-minute walk from Okaido Station, I visited "Sushi Ino," a Bronze Award-winning sushi restaurant featured in the top 100 sushi spots in Japan.I made a reservation for noon on Sunday. For lunch, I opted for the nigiri-only course priced at JPY 9,040 (excluding tax), which is an incredible value for a sushi restaurant recognized with a Bronze Award nationwide.Chef Yusuke Ino prepares sushi in a unique style that blends Edomae and Ehime influences. Except for the tuna sourced from Toyosu Market, all ingredients are seasonal fish from the local Ehime Prefecture. Each piece showcases the ocean's bounty from Ehime, and every type was delicious.Among them, the Sennen Sea Bream, the flounder from Mr. Fujimoto, and the horse mackerel were exceptionally tasty.I enjoyed every bite until the end.Among the omakase nigiri options under JPY 10,000, this place is truly top-class, if not the best!【Today's Menu】1.
