Located a 5-minute walk from Yashikawa Park Station on the Chiba Monorail, I visited "Tenpaku," a restaurant recognized as one of the top tempura spots, awarded the SILVER AWARD.I was invited and arrived on a weekday at 6 PM.I ordered the Omakase course for JPY 22,000.The owner, Kenichi Tsurugai, previously worked at "Ginza Tenichi" for over 20 years before opening his own place in 2015. The tempura he prepares brings out the flavors of the ingredients in the best possible way, and everything was incredibly delicious.Among the dishes, the red eggplant served with aged soy sauce was astonishing, completely changing my perception of taste and texture.Additionally, I experienced the unique flavor of the tomato, which had been fried for 1.5 hours for the first time.I enjoyed every bite until the end.【Today's Menu】1. 2 Shrimp Heads 2.
