Once again, it feels like a bit of a scam, haha.Just salt and the ingredients~. The owner speaks so lightly that he almost looks like a gal, but he’s actually quite serious.There are so many moments that make you chuckle.I really loved this visit too. The sea bream and octopus made me feel the change of seasons.The seared skin of the striped jack paired perfectly with the lotus root in chili vinegar, making my mouth crave the rich flavors of fat and sake, alternating between them.It was incredibly delicious!
