Instead of a course, I opted for a la carte, and I was extremely satisfied with my choice! I was told the leftover egg pairs well with other meats, so I tried it with the top sirloin and dice—absolutely amazing.The top sirloin had an exceptional balance of texture and fat compared to what I’ve had before.I was so full that I had to skip the usual Yukgaejang soup...The coconut ice cream was the perfect way to finish off the meal.
