This is my favorite unagi restaurant! I couldn't make it for the Day of the Ox, but I visited during the summer. I made a reservation about a month in advance.This time, I had the premium brand unagi. ✨The thick, fluffy fillet was rich in fat and incredibly juicy, with no blandness or dryness at all. The grilling and seasoning were perfect, and even though the portion was quite large, I enjoyed every bite until the end! However, since the brand unagi is quite rich, a smaller size might be just as satisfying.The grilled eel bones and liver soup were also exquisite.I haven't mustered the courage yet, but I hope to try the wild unagi someday!
