The first meal of my trip to Gifu was lunch at Kaika Tei, a renowned restaurant with a Bronze rating on Tabelog.I opted for the lunch course, and I was thoroughly satisfied. The standout dish was the fried gyoza with sea urchin and scallops, which was the most delicious. The shrimp spring rolls were also delightful, with plump and juicy shrimp.Overall, everything was tasty, but these two dishes were particularly exceptional.
