It had been about a year since my last visit. The reservation system has improved significantly, switching from phone reservations to TableCheck, which is much easier than the previous system that was hard to reach. However, making a reservation through TableCheck can still be quite competitive.I came with my family of four and ordered 7 servings of tongue, salt outside skirt, 2 servings of yukhoe, and 2 servings of egg soup.Personally, I believe the tongue here is the best in Japan, and it pairs perfectly with rice! The salt outside skirt is delicious, but at JPY 7500, it feels a bit pricey for what you get. The yukhoe has a melt-in-your-mouth texture, and it also goes well with rice.Finally, we enjoyed the egg soup, which everyone in the family loves. This soup has a Chinese-style flavor and a wonderfully smooth texture—it's incredibly delicious!
