Of course, everything was incredibly delicious. As noted in other reviews, I felt that this restaurant places great importance on customer service. I spent nearly two hours there, but it flew by. I would love to come back the next time I visit Hokkaido. ■Reservation Details I made my reservation about 50 days in advance. The lunch I wanted was already fully booked. In the end, I was glad to have gone for dinner. ■Dress Code I wore an Appresse set-up. It was a deep navy, 100% wool, double-breasted jacket with black buttons. I didn’t tuck in my shirt or wear a tie. This was because the shirt was designed that way, and the jacket was double-breasted. I chose black horsebit loafers for my shoes. Whether it suited me or not is another story, but I felt it matched the restaurant's atmosphere. There were also people in simple casual shirts or black T-shirts. I believe that dressing a bit more formally enhances the dining experience.
