On this day, I visited Kojitsu. I was observing the table availability like a stalker, hoping it wouldn’t be too crowded, and by chance, I discovered an opening for lunch the day after my trip to Kyoto. I felt incredibly lucky and made a reservation right away.I had heard that it was usually fully booked and difficult for newcomers to get a table, so I never expected to secure a reservation at such a perfect time.I walked from my hotel and arrived about five minutes early. It seemed like they allowed early entry, and most of the other guests had already gathered. Soon after, the last guests arrived, and we began our meal on time.The pace of the food service was excellent. I was genuinely surprised by the quality of the dishes, wondering if they could really offer such a great course at this price.Considering the recent price hikes in various areas, I thought it was remarkable to provide delicious food at such a price. It truly felt like a popular restaurant, and my satisfaction level was very high.The final rice dish also had several options for flavor variations, which was great for those with a bit of room left in their stomachs. I definitely want to visit this place again!
