I regularly participate in the reservation battles, sometimes successfully and sometimes not. Although it’s not listed on Tabelog, I had miso ramen last time, and today I’m finally back to the salt ramen.The deliciousness of the broth and the consistency of the seasoning might be the best I’ve had among all the salt ramen I’ve tried! I feel so lucky to enjoy such a tasty salt ramen. The broth is truly exceptional and incredibly delicious.Today, there was also a pork chashu without a name, and the rich flavor of the pork paired wonderfully with the TOKYO-X, creating a great contrast. I wonder if it will replace the Kirishima Kogen Black Pork. I’m looking forward to it.I often think about having a second bowl, but each dish allows me to focus solely on that one bowl, and I already feel completely satisfied. This place is truly amazing. I hope the apprentices continue to do their best.
