I've been to Yakiniku Seiryuuen more than 10 times, and every time I leave saying, "That was delicious!" This place feels less like a typical yakiniku restaurant and more like a destination for the unique flavors of Seiryuuen.The quality of the salt-based sauces, the exceptional meat quality, and the precise cuts are truly unparalleled. Each time, I am amazed by the top-notch meat that varies with every visit. The yukhoe (raw beef dish) is served with Seiryuuen's special sauce, and it pairs perfectly with rice. The spicy beef soup has a concentrated umami flavor amidst its heat, making it an outstanding broth.I am genuinely grateful for a restaurant like Seiryuuen that offers opportunities even to those who are not regulars.
