This is my third visit to Yakiniku Seiryuuen, and every time I come here, I am reminded of just how delicious the food is. It’s no wonder this place is so hard to book a reservation at.First off, the quality of the meat is astonishing. The signature dish, Beef Tongue, is thick yet incredibly tender, bursting with juices and flavor the moment you take a bite. With its perfect seasoning, it’s delicious on its own, allowing you to fully enjoy the unique taste of the restaurant.The Outside Skirt has a moist texture, with a rich umami flavor balanced perfectly by just the right amount of fat. The sweetness of the meat expands with each bite, making it a great match for both rice and drinks. The Yukhoe is incredibly fresh, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a rich egg yolk that pairs perfectly. Just one bite makes it clear why this place is so popular.While other meats are also delicious, I honestly feel that focusing on the Beef Tongue, Yukhoe, and Outside Skirt provides the highest satisfaction. Each of these dishes is exceptionally well-crafted, making it feel worthwhile to come just for them. The impression of these three dishes is overwhelmingly strong compared to the other cuts.The interior has a warm, traditional yakiniku restaurant vibe while maintaining cleanliness, creating a comfortable space to enjoy high-quality meat without feeling stiff. The staff is efficient, and the pace of service is smooth, allowing you to savor your meal at a leisurely pace.Even on my third visit, the quality of each dish remains consistently high, and I leave feeling eager to return. The Beef Tongue, Yukhoe, and Outside Skirt are must-try signature dishes when you visit this restaurant. If you love yakiniku, this is a place worth visiting at least once.
